Days 14-19

My weight has hovered in between 147.5 and 149 pounds for all six days that I haven’t posted. I think my body has accepted the 4 pound loss and has established acceptance that this is my new lifestyle and weight. 4 pounds isn’t enough; my clothes are too tight. This morning I was 149 pounds.

So, let’s talk about how to weigh. I do it at the same time every day (first thing after peeing) wearing the same outfit (nothing). This is how I instruct my patients to weigh themselves. If you choose to do it at night, that is fine – however, you must do it at the same time, wearing the same clothes (or nothing). A bathroom trip is first advised.

I have to say I am getting very discouraged by this fasting plan. I am hungry and irritable all morning long and still DEARLY miss my morning coffee made the way I like it. I am giving this until October the 30th and if I do not see at least another 4 pound progress, I am giving up.
